An excellent addition to Canberra’s massive cafe scene. I rate it as Canberra’s best inner north cafe. Wait for coffee and food was a tad bit delayed because they were so busy, but staff were still friendly and polite. Food and coffee was well worth the short delay. Coffee was at a perfect temp and not bitter, my oat milk was frothed perfectly. Eggs benny were FANTASTIC. Good fresh well balanced hollandaise, house cured salmon was tasty, eggs were poached to perfection with really nice dark orange yolks. Thanks for an awesome brunch team! We’ll be back! ~ Andrew N
Absolutely loved my visit to Nicky in Dickson! From start to finish, everything about this cafe impressed me. The chicken burger was an absolute standout – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The combination of fresh ingredients and bold flavors made it one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The portion size was generous too, so it was great value for money. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, attentive, and super efficient. My order arrived quickly, which is always appreciated, especially during busy times. We ordered the blueberry bagel and roasted chicken bagel to share. Both exceeded my expectations! I think i could taste creamcheese in the Blueberry cream (I could be wrong). It's simply mind-blowing as I would normally prefer savoury bagel than sweet ones. The roasted chicken bagel is outstanding too! The bagel was lightly toasted so it is crispy on the outside and still spongy soft in the inside. I'm in love with these bagels. Highly recommended if you're a bagel lover. Will definitely visit again to try other food items on their menu. 😋 ~ Yih S
